Because donation may take place across different countries, all donors must meet local regulatory and medical requirements in their country

In general, the requirements include:

Being of reproductive age (typically early 20s to early 30s for egg donors, and up to the mid-40s for sperm donors.
Good physical and reproductive health
Willing to share a short video or voice introduction
Able to provide ID
Comfortable attending a local lab or clinic if needed

What’s Involved?

Complete the short online registration form below to tell us you’re interested.
There’s no commitment at this stage — it simply opens the conversation.
02. Attend a virtual intro call
You’ll have a relaxed video call where we explain how donation works, answer your questions, and make sure it feels right for you.
03. Donor Application
If you’d like to continue, you’ll complete a donor application so we can confirm eligibility and suitability, including medical history, health, lifestyle, and background information.
04. 1:1 Donor Interview
You’ll then have a one-to-one virtual call so we can get to know you, understand your preferences, and confirm the donation pathway that feels right for you.
04. Donor Profile & Match
We’ll help you complete your donor profile and consent forms, then only consider you for matches that align with your preferences — nothing happens without your agreement.
05. Donate via your chosen pathway
From match onward, you’ll have a dedicated matching coordinator who supports you through your chosen donation pathway, coordinates clinics or local hubs, manages timelines and logistics, and is there whenever you need guidance. You’re never left to figure things out alone.
